If a death occurs in a healthcare or social care facility, the staff of the relevant facility will inform you of the death.
The healthcare or social care facility will ensure the transport of the deceased to a refrigeration facility; if it does not have its own, the transport will be carried out by a contracted funeral service.
The fees for cooling equipment are covered by the medical or social facility for 48 hours, after which the costs are charged to the survivors. Order the transport as soon as possible via our order form or on the NONSTOP line 607 550 333.
Please hand over the clothes you have chosen for your loved one's funeral to our order office. In no case is a personal visit to the pathology or medical facility necessary.
You can also arrange a funeral online.
If a death occurs at home, always contact a doctor (e.g. line 155), who will issue you a certificate of examination of the deceased.
At the same time, contact our funeral service. We will transport the deceased to our refrigeration facility. If the doctor orders an autopsy, we will arrange further procedures with you, including the transport of the deceased.
We ensure that the transport is always carried out with respect and dignity. The transport of the deceased can also be arranged at later hours according to your wishes. You will not pay any fees for the transport.
For the funeral service, prepare documents from the examining physician.
